Esse \u00e9 certamente o caso da classifica\u00e7\u00e3o do mel de Manuka da MGO.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><em>Cita\u00e7\u00e3o do professor Thomas Henle - Universidade T\u00e9cnica de Dresden, Alemanha<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Em 2006, o professor Thomas Henle e sua equipe de pesquisa da Universidade T\u00e9cnica de Dresden identificaram o metilglioxal (MGO) como um composto mensur\u00e1vel presente no mel de Manuka. Seu trabalho ajudou a estabelecer um sistema de classifica\u00e7\u00e3o com base cient\u00edfica e verific\u00e1vel em laborat\u00f3rio, baseado na quantifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos n\u00edveis de MGO.<\/p>\n<p>O professor Henle afirmou que o teste de metilglioxal fornece um m\u00e9todo confi\u00e1vel e quantitativo para classificar o mel de Manuka.
